Your
date picks you up, and you two head off for a nice cozy dinner
for two and then you guys are off to a movie. So far so good,
right? Not quite. Your date picks you up, but he picks you
up late. The two off you go to dinner at a romantic restaurant
of your choice. You guys are seated and you take your order.
While you wait for dinner, you two talk about life, school,
friends, everything. Dinner arrives, and you and your date
sit side by side and share what you've order between the two
of you. Just when you think you've forgiven him for picking
you up late, he reaches for his drink, but knocks yours over,
spilling it on your brand new outfit. "Just great," you think
to yourself. He apologizes a million times, and you finally
forgive him.
Horror
story is how you tell it to your friends. You never go out
on a date with that guy again. Bad dates, just about every
guy or girl has had one(not everyone). You think you're headed
off to an excellent date with a really great guy. The next
thing you know the entire night has been ruined by some of
his little accidents. Not exactly what I would call perfect.
Guys and girls go through a tough time when they're teenagers.
Sometimes a bad date can seem like a horrible experience,
when in reality it's just an experience you are bound to remember.
Little mistakes like these can liven up your life(although
it may not seem like it). Your date learns from his mistakes,
and you learn that what happened was not the end of the world.
You may turn red from embarrassment, but you soon get over
the fact that, hey IT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE. Don't let a little
problem like a bad date, get in the way of a normal teenage
life. Because a bad date is part of a normal teenage life.
Don't get me wrong, just because you may not have had a bad
date, doesn't mean you are not a typical teenager. I haven't
had a bad date, but I feel pretty normal. Just remember that
everyone mistake or bump in the road is a lesson learned in
life. Don't take it so seriously, in a year, you'll laugh
over the whole situation. Whenever you have that bad date,
just remember to smile!
